Two government IDs, selfie and camera challenge

Capture your own documents securely using the in-app camera.

Renters and owners submit two distinct valid government IDs through the designated account verification screen, together with a selfie and the requested live-camera challenge. Follow the specific screen instructions and use clear, complete, glare-free captures of the originals.

Select the first ID type and capture it using the frame guide, then repeat for the second ID. The front camera shows a mirror preview and takes one clear, centered selfie. Keep looking forward and tilt your head toward each shoulder when prompted. Watch the progress bar as the app checks each tilt in one camera session. Saved captures are kept if you close and resume.

Never send IDs, selfies, passwords or one-time codes to the AI assistant or ordinary chat. Submit them only through the protected verification workflow. With optional permission, authorized staff can use the document checker to flag possible inconsistencies; it cannot certify authenticity, identify faces or provide certified biometric liveness. Human review is required.

If a case needs changes, read the reviewer’s reasons, correct the requested evidence in the case and resubmit. A pending case is not an approval. Use Complaints & Appeals if you dispute a decision.
