Owner commission, cash payments and wallet balances

Understand the commission arrangement and use only enabled wallet controls.

The standard owner commission is 20% of the eligible rental subtotal unless a different rate is disclosed and agreed for the booking. Deposits and separately stated provider fees are not rental revenue for that calculation. A later rate change does not alter an existing confirmed booking.

Owners need the minimum shown in Wallet of available live commission credit for approved vehicles to appear. Top up through PayMongo. Authorized staff can adjust the minimum under Wallet policy. When the owner accepts a cash booking, Arkilamo reserves the exact commission and collects it from that reserve when the owner confirms cash received. A qualifying cancellation before pickup releases the reserve.

Renters can convert eligible rewards points into rental bonus and apply it to bookings. The bonus reduces the PayMongo checkout amount or can cover the full rental. Commission credit and rental bonus cannot be withdrawn. Owner rental earnings are released after trip completion and finance settlement confirmation. Both roles can save their own verified-name payout accounts and request InstaPay transfers from withdrawable funds where enabled.

For a disputed commission, balance or payout, open private support. AI has no access to balances, cannot move money and cannot approve withdrawals. Processing fees and provider availability must be disclosed by the enabled flow before confirmation.
