How identity documents and personal data are handled

Use protected captures and read the current privacy notice.

The Privacy Notice explains account, booking, document, messaging and location-data processing, recipients, retention and privacy requests. Use protected verification screens for IDs and selfies; never paste them into AI help.

AI document review and AI support have different purposes. Document review may receive designated captures for extraction and advisory consistency checks, subject to its notice. Support AI receives redacted general conversation text, not access to identity media or account records. Redaction reduces exposure but is not guaranteed anonymization.

Uploaded verification, vehicle and homepage photos are stored in the connected Google Drive folder. Vehicle evidence is grouped in a plate-number subfolder. New photos are readable in private Drive folders named using the format Full name | user ID. Saving a legal name change queues a rename of the existing folder for the Drive worker or a manual sync batch. Saving a photo requires a working Drive connection. Arkilamo processes the image in memory and keeps no new local photo copy.

Use the privacy contact in the current Privacy Notice to request access, correction or other applicable rights. Deletion may be subject to lawful retention and dispute holds. Do not assume deleting a chat removes every account record or provider copy.

Administrators prepare storage, connect Google Drive, test the connection and enable photo storage. The worker or a manual batch migrates eligible older files and processes cleanup. Older private captures without current acknowledgement stay protected locally until the member acknowledges the current Privacy Notice.
